KI BOIS Area Transit System (KATS) and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation have developed a partnership to provide transportation to Native Americans within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation jurisdiction of Eastern Oklahoma. This partnership provides enhanced access to employment, healthcare, and places of higher learning. Although the Native American population is the target demographic, this service is also open to the general public.
