KI BOIS HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAM COORDINATOR – FT (McAlester)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  This position will serve as the community/county resource for Healthy Living (Physical Activity, Nutrition and Tobacco Cessation) initiatives in the Pittsburg County area. Will provide technical assistance to various organizations in planning and managing community-based programs. Technical skills and proficiency in computer applications for research and education resources, excellent oral and written communication skills, skills in developing and delivering oral presentations, knowledge of healthy living trends and strategies, knowledge of programmatic and fiscal components of public health or social services program. Ability to analyze budgets and expenditure data, ability to formulate and implements policies and procedures, excellent organization skills, willing to be a team player, self-starter and able to manage multiple projects and priorities with various deadlines and tasks. Bachelor’s degree in a health related field, behavioral health related or social science field.

JOB TITLE:  HEALTHY LIVING ASSISTANT PROGRAM COORDINATOR – FT (McAlester)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  The Assistant Coordinator will assist the Program Coordinator with most aspects of program, including but not limited to, assisting with recruiting developing and maintaining a diverse coalition Healthy Living subcommittee membership - representative of the Pittsburg County coverage area, assuring that coalition members and community partners are provided opportunities to develop expertise through training workshops, webinars, conference calls and evaluation activities.  Planning, coordinating and conducting educational and training activities, as well as providing technical assistance on nutrition, fitness and tobacco control policies and practices in schools, workplaces and community. Establishing a social media presence for the HLP.  Required knowledge of nutrition, fitness and tobacco control trends, skill in developing and delivering oral presentations and communicating effectively in writing. Work well with people. Proficiency in computer applications. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, community health, physical education, social work, communications or a related field.  Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with two years of college plus two years working within communities on food, nutrition, or community development and mobilization and/or implementation of preventive health programs.

KI BOIS AREA TRANSIT PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  ROUTE SUPERVISOR - FT (Henryetta)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Applicant must have a knowledge of transit operations and the ability to work with minimum supervision.  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required, along with computer skills. Position will require flexibility and supervisory experience is preferred.  Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.  Must be willing to drive transit vehicles if needed.

JOB TITLE:  TRANSIT DRIVERS   (Please verify current openings with local transit office.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Maintain a valid driver’s license.  Good driving record. Must be physically able to assist passengers and their belongings while entering and exiting the vehicles.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and provide wheel chair assistance.  Should have knowledge of area resources and live within convenient distance of city where job opening is available.

KI BOIS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER

JOB TITLE: GROUP LEADER: FT (McAlester) 12pm Monday - 8pm Friday
Job Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, valid driver's license required. Applicant should have interest or experience in crisis intervention, basic computer skills, ability to listen effectively and assist with problem solving, self-motivated, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to be supportive of persons in crisis, sensitive to confidential issues, and ability to confidently speak in front of a small group. On-site training provided. 

JOB TITLE:  STAFF AID/CHILD ADVOCATE - PT (Stigler Domestic Violence Shelter) - 4pm-9pm M-F
Job Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, valid driver's license required. Applicant should have interest or experience in crisis intervention, basic computer skills, ability to listen effectively and assist with problem solving, self-motivated, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to be supportive of persons in crisis and sensitive to confidential issues. On-site training provided. 

KI BOIS SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES
SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

JOB TITLE:  SHALLOW SUBSIDY CASE MANAGER – FT (Service Area)
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SUMMARY:  This position, in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, will be responsible for providing Shallow Subsidy (SS) case management services to Veteran Families and will liaison with area resources, develop housing stability plans for participants, process temporary financial assistance, serve as an advocate to landlords, maintain case files and prepare required data and reports. NOTE: This is a grant-funded position with continuance of position based on length of grant opportunity. Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University is required.  Preferably in Social Services, Management or Leadership.  Case Management experience preferred.

KI BOIS COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  CASE MANAGER - FT (Tulsa County)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Will provide case management for the Advantage Program.  Requires BS in social work or related field with two years of experience in human services.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.  Also, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification will stand alone in satisfying job requirement.  The two years of human service experience is waived for an LPN.  Must be willing/available to complete other program training as required.

KI BOIS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

JOB TITLE:  ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FT (McAlester DD Office)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will assist program directors/coordinators in all areas of program implementation, requirements and compliance.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare. Excellent communication skills, computer skills and data entry. 

JOB TITLE:  FOOD PANTRY SUPERVIOR – FT (Stigler Food Pantry)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will interview applicants for food pantry services and verify eligibility.  Maintain office, staff and client records in a confidential manner.  Assist program director in meeting all contract requirements.  HS Diploma/GED, valid OK DL, on the job training for foundation, CPR and First Aid.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

JOB TITLE:  HABILITATION TRAINING SPECIALIST - PT/FT (Stigler GROUP HOMES)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will serve as direct support staff for consumers.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare.  Able to exercise patience, understanding, creativity and flexibility.  HS Diploma/GED, valid DL and auto insurance.  Must complete Foundation, CPR and First Aid Training (and any other training as required/requested.) Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

JOB TITLE:  HABILITATION TRAINING SPECIALIST - PT/FT (Stigler, Poteau, McAlester, Wilburton, Ada, Ardmore, Pauls Valley)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will serve as direct support staff for consumers.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare.  Able to exercise patience, understanding, creativity and flexibility.  HS Diploma/GED, valid DL and auto insurance.  Must complete Foundation, CPR and First Aid Training (and any other training as required/requested.) Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
