JOB TITLE:  SHALLOW SUBSIDY CASE MANAGER – (2) FT – Muskogee and Ada
JOB EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University required. Preferably in Social Services, Management or Leadership.  Case Management experience preferred.
JOB SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for providing Shallow Subsidy (SS) case management services to Veteran Families and will liaison with area resources, develop housing stability plans for participants, process temporary financial assistance, serve as an advocate to landlords, maintain case files and prepare required data and reports.

KI BOIS COMMUNITY SERVICES

JOB TITLE:  CASE MANAGER – ESG/Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-Housing Program
JOB SUMMARY:  Will be responsible for client assessment, assisting the client in the creation of their service plan including goals and objectives and case management for individuals and families eligible and enrolling in the ESG HPRP. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field.  May substitute relevant job experience for education.
Must be dependable, mature, have initiative and possess the ability handle crisis situations with a minimum of supervision.    Excellent Interpersonal skills are needed and must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality, treat clients with dignity and respect.  Flexible, computer literate, willing to learn Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and complete data entry timely and accurately.  Must possess valid Driver’s License.

KI BOIS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER
JOB TITLE:  DIRECTOR – WOMEN’S SHELTER – FT Exempt (Stigler)
JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for the overall operations of domestic violence shelters in Stigler and McAlester.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree required - a combination of education and work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Supervisory experience needed.  Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills, be able to prioritize tasks and have strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. Conflict resolution and teamwork required.  Experience in crisis intervention with the ability to be supportive of persons in crisis. High level of confidentiality required. Some travel and on-call availability required. Must possess valid Driver’s License.

JOB TITLE:  NIGHT ADVOCATE - FT (McAlester) MIDNIGHT to 8:00AM
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license required.  Applicant should have interest or experience in crisis intervention, basic computer skills, ability to listen effectively and assist with problem solving, self-motivated, good communication skills (written and verbal), ability to be supportive of persons in crisis and sensitive to confidential issues. On-site training provided.

KI BOIS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

JOB TITLE:  HABILITATION TRAINING SPECIALIST - PT/FT (Stigler GROUP HOMES)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will serve as direct support staff for consumers.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare.  Able to exercise patience, understanding, creativity and flexibility.  HS Diploma/GED, valid DL and auto insurance.  Must complete Foundation, CPR and First Aid Training (and any other training as required/requested.) Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

JOB TITLE:  HABILITATION TRAINING SPECIALIST - PT/FT (Stigler, Poteau, McAlester, Wilburton, Ada, Ardmore, Pauls Valley and Sulphur)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will serve as direct support staff for consumers.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare.  Able to exercise patience, understanding, creativity and flexibility.  HS Diploma/GED, valid DL and auto insurance.  Must complete Foundation, CPR and First Aid Training (and any other training as required/requested.) Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

KI BOIS AREA TRANSIT PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  TRANSIT DRIVERS   (Please verify current openings with local transit office.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Maintain a valid driver’s license.  Good driving record. Must be physically able to assist passengers and their belongings while entering and exiting the vehicles.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and provide wheel chair assistance.  Should have knowledge of area resources and live within convenient distance of city where job opening is available.
