Work Ready Oklahoma is a system funded by Oklahoma Human Services and overseen by Public Strategies that assists low-income Oklahomans by giving them the skills and support needed to have healthy relationships, achieve self-sufficiency and provide financially for their families. Work Ready Oklahoma serves Oklahomans eligible for safety net services, the unemployed or underemployed, individuals re-entering society from incarceration and veterans.

Work Ready Oklahoma plays a crucial role in offering specialized job training and support. Our program has assisted thousands of Oklahomans in enhancing their employment skills, understanding themselves better and navigating job searches with confidence, ultimately aiding them in smoothly transitioning into the workforce and securing a quality job.
