Board of Directors

The KI BOIS Board of Directors represents all facets of the community they serve. The Board is made up of individuals from each of the counties in our service area. Our Board members volunteer their time to provide direction for agency operations. Our tripartite board includes membership of one-third representing the public sector, one-third representing the Low-Income sector, and the remaining one-third representing the Private Sector.

KI BOIS Community Action Foundation, Incorporated is a community based organization dedicated to eliminating the causes of poverty and bettering the economic, mental, physical and social well-being of all people, most importantly the disadvantaged, by utilizing effective coordination and administration of available resources and information.
